30 day snap - day 2

Today I went to the blues festival in an area called the beaches.  As you can guess its near the beach of Lake Ontario.  It wasn't the best weather, it poured just before we got there.  Because of the rain it was pretty quiet but we decided to stay and eat :) I'm glad we did as I had a pulled pork parfait!  It was really delicious.  It was a layer of pulled pork, mashed potatoes, pulled pork, mashed potatoes and some beans on top.  Yum yum.  It was by Hank Daddy's barbecue.  You can find them here www.hankdaddysbbq.com. I recommend you find where they will be next and try the parfait it is well worth it.
